Didn't really matter with all the shaped glass, I only had 1/1 hp for the second half of the run after about the 20th shaped glass so if I didn't kill everything instantly or resist the damage I was SOL.RoR2 is balanced enough to make any character playable, but you will definitely have a much harder time in the higher difficulties.
