I am also using the EMUdeck Yuzu and not the early access one mentioned here. I get 30-40 fps in the field with the exception of rain sometimes brining it down to like 28 sometimes. I can get 60 fps in the shrines.
Got everything setup using latest Ryujinx, latest TOTK patch on M3 Max. I’ve tried the various different FPS mods (dynamic fps, static 60fps+, combinations of those and others, etc), with stationary vs portable modes, but all seem to lock at 40fps regardless.I new update released for Totk. As the title said, i'm having difficulty running totk with my ...***quick update enabling a framerate toggle via msi/rivatuner to cap it at 30 fps also makes the cog function and if you toggle back and forth it would start and stop spinning, so this is a simpler solution meanwhile and it's similar to how in earlier versions we would have to do this method for when cutscenes hadn't been fixed yet*** ….

Keep in mind that if you don't want to use the cutscene fix, you just need to re-add the lines which are notes at the bottom of the static 60 fps files. Have fun! 60 fps runs perfectly for me at 2K resolution, my left monitor is 244hz/2K max res and right monitor is 4K but I don’t feel the need to run the game in 4K as 2K blows me away and I don’t need the frame drop from 4K, I see it as pointless. Scaleforce + Vulkan + 3080ti + i9 12900k + 32gb ram is what is getting me there.You should at least be able to see 60 fps at the main menu if it's working (and with your CPU I think you should be able to get 60 in game). The game internally uses double buffer sync so if you can't hit 60, it drops to 30. There is a separate mod called DynamicFPS that works around that. 1.
